I write code by trade but I’ve always been passionate about design and user experiences. I’m also find languages extremely interesting as well. You can imagine my delight when I came across a video from WWDC 2025 by two UX Writers (Liv Huntley and Jennifer Bush) at Apple. They show in simple examples how the wording of language can engage, disengage, delight or frustrate users.
